Home Farm Breaks will be a holiday and short break development for individuals
with additional needs, their families and carers. This Farm Steading conversion is a
family run business, with the emphasis on providing a personalised service for
everyone. Each of the Steading cottages is unique and all have been designed to
ensure a high level of accessibility whilst offering furniture and fittings in line with
our Luxury accommodation.

Our focus on being able to provide accommodation suitable for people with the
broadest range of needs extends to consideration of how clients might want to use
their time. Should clients wish to spend all their time in and around the cottage, we
have laid on a variety of entertainment and therapeutic facilities (the Snoezelen multisensoryfacility is a joy for all). If they prefer to have a base from which to venture out into the Perthshire countryside and local towns, we have established a bank of information that will allow clients to choose what is right for them. This could be where to eat at the right price, where you can take a wheelchair for a countryside ramble or round a historic site. Day trips can be planned with the aid of our information base that will cover a 50 mile radius and we will encourage clients to give us feedback.

We anticipate that most of our guests will come as family/client groups and each
cottage has three bedrooms, at least two of which offer barrier free access, with
similarly designed shower and toilet facilities. However, the courtyard style grouping
of cottages would also suit those coming as members of larger groups, or for two or
three families holidaying together. For those who may wish to employ carers for
support, we have developed links with local agencies providing this service. Home Farm Breaks
facilities will provide clients with the accommodation and information to allow them
to plan as restful or active holiday as required. Email, phone or write to us for a
